Meet our awesome Girls University Staff
A little bit about Victoria . . . .
Hello, my name is Victoria M. Comissiong and I am the Assistant Site Director at Girls University; in Florence, SC. I have been working at Girls U for a year and love the positive effects it has had on me! Along with our after school program, workshops and camps, I have grown tremendously and have the desire to pass on this information to the young ladies in our community. I am the daughter of a breast cancer survivor, and the only girl out of three children. I have a strong passion to share encouragement, comradery and perseverance with the young girls I connect with on a daily basis; a positive aspect of my life I was fortunate enough to receive while growing up.

A little bit about Shearia . . . .
I’m married and the mother of 3 wonderful kids. I started my career in corporate America. After my job closed I started in healthcare in Labor and Delivery (total opposite I know) lol. I started thinking more and about getting to education. I am an Instructional Assistant at North Vista Elementary. I felt like Girl’s University was a perfect fit for me. A place where I can teach young girls how to be their own type of beautiful and make a difference in the world around them.
